A PLACE FOR YOU TO GET TO KNOW ME A BIT BETTER.
I’m a purpose driven leader, big thinker and change maker, having spent the last 15 years leading sustainability and purpose in Virgin’s biggest brand.
I’ve run projects and programmes, created new ways of doing business and led award-winning approaches to bringing to life brand-led social and environmental stories. I have experience, both agency side and in-house, of integrating and delivering positive societal change to drive brand advocacy.
More recently, I’ve focused on joining the dots between purpose, culture and strategy to create the right environment to drive transformational change – creating value for customers and the wider world.
I see business as a force for good; my view is that on their own, governments, social services and charitable organisations simply do not have the capabilities, mind-set and resources to solve today’s biggest social problems. Brands provide an unparalleled platform for change, innovative solutions and the ability to mobilise millions of people around the world. I bring people together from all sectors to build purpose-driven partnerships, coalitions and organisations that - when working together – can make the world a little better.
My philosophy is to love what you do and to do it brilliantly. I’m tenacious and curious - always trying to make what I do (and how I do it) infectious to those around me.
I’ve currently chosen to pause my corporate career to enjoy being Mummy to Jack (age 6) and Alfie (age 3) and good health - an empowered and privileged choice to shift my focus of time and attention for a chapter. I’m plotting my next role (stay tuned) and when time allows, taking on freelance projects to help small businesses become more impactful. I continue to stay up-to-speed by mentoring future sustainability leaders.
In between going on bike rides, jumping in puddles and changing nappies, I proactively volunteer in my local community. I’m currently helping to establish a local community café - providing strategic guidance and running their marketing communications. I am also a Buddy Lead for Better Connected Beaconsfield managing 30 volunteers across the town to help combat loneliness and build community resilience.
I also share my love of statement necklaces and trips away on Instagram, curating for others to find.

MY BLOG.
MY SNAPS ON INSTA.

![This time last year (1st Jan 2025), heading into my final year in my 30s, I chose curiosity over resolutions.
I made a simple commitment: try one new thing every week. Not to reinvent my life - just to keep learning inside it.
Some weeks were small and ordinary. A new recipe. A new walk. A bus instead of the car. A new podcast, board game, book. A cuppa with someone new. Started swimming lessons with Alfie. Tiny moments that quietly built momentum, often in among the mundane.
Other weeks stretched me more. Wild swimming. Recording my first podcast. Leading a workshop. Writing a children’s book. Travelling somewhere new. Gaining a trademark. Moments I’m proud of because momentum and success comes from doing.
And some weeks, life chose the “new” for me. Unplanned calls from old connections. Concussion. Colonoscopy. Endoscopy. Doctors’ rooms I didn’t expect to be in. I counted those too realising that not everything new is chosen - but it can still teach you something.
The habit was never achievement - it was curiosity. Noticing progress in everyday life. Keeping momentum, gently.
A year on… I’ve found new ideas, friendships, recipes, places and a different way of seeing a week. Not a resolution - more a reset and new rhythm.
Will I keep going? Yes. I’ve realised I feel better for it. It got easier. And I still haven’t made bread!
Maybe growth doesn’t need a five-year plan. Perhaps it just needs curiosity and one week at a time.
[This photo is a captured moment from one of my fave new things I did in 2025; saying yes to a last-minute event - embracing my new founder world and eating chocolate and dancing in the rain with strangers.]
